His work has covered government, aviation, financial services, healthcare, major venues and enterprise environments across more than 20 countries. He is known for challenging weak assumptions, translating operational need into technical requirements and remaining involved through delivery.

Bal combines commercial strategy, programme governance and business transformation experience across healthcare, retail, telecommunications and financial services. He supports 6S Global with strategic planning, PMO structure, stakeholder engagement, financial control and the commercial disciplines required to turn opportunity into a deliverable programme.

He supports clients with proportionate frameworks, policy, audit readiness and operational assurance.

Tactical Risk & Behavioural Advisor

Miranda is an international human-behaviour and security-risk specialist with experience across aviation, policing, justice, healthcare, enterprise security and hostile environments. She advises on behaviour, insider risk, situational awareness, organisational culture and the human factors that determine whether security arrangements work in practice.

Lindsey Birch

Contracts & Legal Advisor

Lindsey supports contract and commercial documentation across consultancy and cross-border projects. Her experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating consultancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements and project documentation, with a practical focus on clarity, responsibility and reducing avoidable contractual risk.
